Training Philosophy

I motivate my clients to exercise and include nutrition goals as an important piece of their training. I love what I do. I believe in many different methods of training and this keeps my clients from getting bored with workouts.

Personal Trainer Overview

I help my clients to lose weight, reshape their body gain strength, mobility and flexibility to improve balance. I'm dedicated to make every work out client-oriented, and fun.

Programs I offer:

Program for adults

  1. The Body Flex exercise. It is a great workout for women who would like to lift up muscles of their tummy, neck, arms and legs.
  2. Elements of yoga will improve the function of your liver, kidney, lungs and make muscles of your back stronger.
  3. Exercise for strong and healthy knees
  4. Facial exercise for toning up the muscles of the face and neck.

Depending on your personal goal, we can make a special program for you.

People with high blood pressure, which is under control, are welcome to take this program too. As a MA I’m certified to check your blood pressure before and after the workout to see how it works for you.

Program for seniors

Regular physical activities is one of the most important things you can do for you health. It can prevent many health problems that come with age and help you maintain independent living. The senior exercises will include:

  1. Cardiovascular - to improve your heart function.
  2. Flexibility training to make your pasture better and help you to carry our activities of daily living easier.
  3. Balance training help to prevent falls
  4. Strength training to make your muscles stronger.
  5. The Kegel exercise – to improve mild to moderate urgency and stress incontinence.

The exercises are no-impact activities, saving your joints from stress and injury.

All programs were created with safety as the highest priority.
